Coward

Update:
Guess Mr. McCain decided at the last moment to show up after all.
I still think the whole taking the debate off in the first place was a ridiculous stunt. From the looks of it a whole lot of other people thought so too. Glad he thought better of it...This ought to be good.

Mr. McCain

Perhaps you faced your captors with bravery in Nam (perhaps not), but using the financial bailout as a reason to not debate Barrack Obama is pure cowardice.

Are you still in the cone of silence?

Can you not have an aide operate your blackberry?

Do you know how to use a cell phone?

A laptop computer with e-mail?

Did you get the text message that you might as well unsaddle your trusty steed because you are too late?

Can't you borrow George's wire? That might help make you feel more secure.

There is absolutely no reason you cannot step up to that podium and present your case to the American people.

Absolutely no reason at all.

Unless you are just plain scared.

And truthfully, you ought to be. Because people do remember that your fingerprints are all over the Wall Street deregulation debacle. The strings of your "maverick" marionette are showing.

Note to right wingers:
Don't even bother leaving me any comments...frankly, I am low on compassion for your addled "I love Sarah Palin" brains at the moment.

Peace y'all

That is exactly what I thought...for a war hero trying to back out of the debate is a cowardly thing to do.

Suspending his campaign instead of letting his running mate carry on with it means that even he doesn't have much faith in her.

Really, it speaks volumes!

Greetings l.a.

Yep...it does speak volumes. Unfortunately there are folks out there that have gone completely deaf to anything resembling reason.

hey L,

I think Obama is going to leave the attack dog duties to Biden. Looks like the media is calling it for Obama and of course that will be what decides it in the end anyway.

ON CNN...Where is VP Candidate Palin?, Blitzer asks after talking to Biden. Everyone else is weighing in. I love Anderson Cooper's comment to Blitzer..."don't hold your breath"...lol.
No shit...Palin is proving to be more of a liability with every media exposure and it is only going to get worse on Thursday.
